Twenty-four teenage (13 to 19 years old) sons and daughters of BCBP Bulacan members and regular breakfast attendees attended the PALS’ LSS dubbed as “Sa Bahay Ni KUYA” conducted by Bro. Rey/Sis Elvie Justiniano (Formation Director). This was held at the auditorium of Pascual Laboratories in Balagtas, Bulacan last May 24 and 25. The singles action group of Bro Gimbet Santiago and sis Esmie Joaquin supported the Formation Directorate in giving the talks, serving and handling the various discussion groups. Bro Rogel Natividad and young couple Ace/Sheryl Pascual also joined the team.
The teens not only listened to the talks. Their adrenaline rose in between talks because of the AMAZING RACE, dancing, singing, getting to know you games, etc which the team prepared for them.
There was also a letter writing time for their parents. Nobody thought that the letters will reach their parents. To their surprise, their parents were downstairs waiting to be called. The kids had a very sentimental time personally reading their love notes to them. It was a truly touching moment as we see tears, kisses and hugs… after hearing the “I am sorry”, “Thank You” and “I Love you”. The activity ended with a joyful mass led by Fr. Benny Justiniano.
